All Kiddie Hut orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, Blue-Ex, and M&P.

(Delays may occur during peak seasons or high order volumes.)

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

You can track your parcel via:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost.

To cancel, email us with:
Subject: CANCEL ORDER โ€“ [Your Order Number]

โš ๏ธ Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Entered the wrong address?

Please contact us within 24 hours via:

We will update it before shipment. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.

We carefully pack every order, but in rare cases, damage may occur during delivery.

If your parcel arrives:

Before accepting:

  • If packaging is visibly damaged, refuse the parcel and inform the courier

After accepting:
Email us with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once verified, Kiddie Hut will provide:

Need to modify your order?

If your package appears lost:

  2. Request written confirmation that the parcel is lost

After review, we will arrange:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund
