All Kiddie Hut orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, Blue-Ex, and M&P.

5 to 7 business days
(Delays may occur during peak seasons or high order volumes.)
๐ Tracking Information
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
You can track your parcel via:
- The tracking page on our website
- Or by contacting us at support@kiddiehut.com
โ Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost.
To cancel, email us with:
Subject: CANCEL ORDER โ [Your Order Number]
โ ๏ธ Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
๐ Incorrect Address
Entered the wrong address?
Please contact us within 24 hours via:

We will update it before shipment. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.
๐ Damaged Item
We carefully pack every order, but in rare cases, damage may occur during delivery.
If your parcel arrives:
Before accepting:
- If packaging is visibly damaged, refuse the parcel and inform the courier
After accepting:
Email us with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once verified, Kiddie Hut will provide:

Need to modify your order?
- Changes can be requested within 1 hour of placing the order

If your package appears lost:
- Contact your courier with your tracking number
- Request written confirmation that the parcel is lost

- A replacement, or
- A refund
